On August 14, 2014 at about 10:20 AM, Brgy officials of Brgy 3, this municipality turn-over and endorsed to this Police Station, living person of Christopher Yuson y Nicolas, 27 years old and resident of same place for Violation of RA 9262 (VAWC), committed against his 20 years old live-in partner Jonalyn Fuentes y Tobias. Initial Investigation conducted disclosed that on or about 10:00 AM, August 14, 2014, suspect abuse his live-in partner by beating and boxing several times, following their heated arguments along Quezon St. Brgy. 3, San Mateo, Isabela.Said incident was immediately rsponded by the barangay officials of same place who in turn apprehended the suspect and subsequently turned-over to this Police Station. A case of Violation of Sec.5 (a) of RA 9262 (Violation Against Women and their Children) was already filed at RTC Branch 19, Cauayan City, through Inquest Proceeding, docketed under CC#9779 with bailbond recommended in the amount of PHP 30,000.00. Accused is now under the custody of BJMP San Mateo, Isabela.
