I was facing a health situation that was urgent ....I knew my lifestyle was failing me (even though I was behaving myself compared to a few years ago)I chose a low carb -high fat diet to fix my delema....9 weeks later I am 61 lbs lighter and have corrected my immediate health threat .. Excersice is difficult (I have only one functioning knee and the other is stressed beyond weakness).... But I am getting better ... I want to live ... Not just survive ... .I want to be the me I never got a chance to be ......For the first time in 8 years I feel like I can live again. Thanks to my support group ......I think I will...
