On August 29, 2014 at 8am, Officers with the North Missouri Drug Task Force, Randolph County Sheriff’s Department and Moberly Police executed a narcotics search warrant at 518 Gratz Brown, in Moberly. During the search of the residence, officers recovered methamphetamine and cash. Officers arrested Moberly resident, 35 year old Jon Ryan Teter and Macon residents 44 year old Robert Nolan Henry and 48 year old Helen Marie Henry. Randolph County Prosecutor Mike Fusselman filed charges against Jon Teter for Possession of a Controlled Substance with the intent to distribute methamphetamine and Keeping or maintaining a public nuisance. Charges against Robert and Helen Henry for Possession of a Controlled Substance and Keeping or Maintaining a public nuisance. Randolph County Associate Judge Cynthia Suter set Teter’s bond at $100,000 cash only and Robert and Helen Henry’s bond at $45,000.
