On Call Cooney at 6pm - Gardai yesterday stopped some DART services stopping at Sutton Station as a measure of crowd control due to the fabulous weather. There was also a worry of a repeat of the chaos when hoards of drunk teenagers descended on Howth beach a couple of weeks ago. But what should happen when big crowds of kids drink too much and cause public disorder like this? A) Should they be rounded up by Gardai & be made spend time in a cell? B) Should responsibility be passed onto their parents? C) Is there too few amenities for kids, so who can blame them?
