I am happy working with this company (Mrs J Crook) Weekends only Friday 17:00 through to Monday 08:30 Salary between £10,000 - £15,000 dependant on experience This is a great opportunity for an experienced individual wishing to work in the comfort of their own home! The position will be varied; there will be quiet periods but there will also be times where you will need to be reactive and use your initiative and knowledge to ensure that high standards are met. Duties and responsibilities: •Answering telephone queries from carers and customers in need of advice and support outside of office hours •Allocating care visits to care workers using the supplied laptop and software; so that customers do not go without their care visits •Liaising closely with carers during emergency situations and informing the relevant people •Keeping accurate records of all telephone queries •Must attend team meetings, supervisions and appraisals Job specification •Must have prior care experience and an excellent understanding of the care standards •Ability to work in an organised, methodical way •Excellent communicator, both verbally and written •Must be able to react in a calm and professional manner to emergencies •Must be confident, yet able to ask for advice if needed •Must be up-to-date at all times with company policies and procedures Although the business is based in Bath, it is not essential that you live in Bath to carry out this role.
