On DNA Rep Lee Denny (R) says, “It implicates the guilty and it exonerates the innocent.: Denny called for a study (14-017 - DNA Study. Collect, DNA at arrest). If legislators send a bill to take DNA at arrest I would veto the bill based on violation of the 4th Amendment of the U. S. Constitution, Where to draw the line? How best to make you feel safe? Should making DNA a safety and health issue and have the State collect DNA for the database at birth, at school registration, doctors visit, arrest?
