On Dec 26th 2014 at 9:33 am,I did a post on digging...Before reading this one,please go down my timeline and read the other one.I promise you its worth every second of it. So after I had almost given up the digging, I was led to hit the first place I had hit.I did.It didnt go too deep, but a bit deeper than how it was!!And with every hit at the same spot,I went deeper than I was before.Sometimes even, no pebbles would appear but I knew that the impact of my mattock on the ground had done something. This immediately came to me in a very weird or rather uncommon way.I remembered Pharaoh when he had held the Israelites captive.Exodus 4:21 states that God had given Moses the power to perform many wonders but HE hardened the heart of Pharaoh that he wouldnt let the people go. Then Gen 3:17-19 talks of how the ground was cursed after Adam and Eve sinned and how man was to eat from it through painful toil.The ground was hardened by God just like Pharaohs heart,just like the ground I was digging. Then I thought,isnt this obvious?Nothing too special about it right?Until I remembered the story of the widow before the unjust judge. This widow would constantly go to the judge to plead for justice...Luke 18:1-8.The Bible records that she kept coming.It was a continuous event.Though she saw no results,she kept coming...until the judge said,I will see that she gets justice that she may not wear me out with her coming And Jesus spoke and said that if an unjust judge can bring about justice for the persistent widow,will GOD not bring about justice for his chosen ones who cry out day and night!!?V8,I tell you,HE will see that they get justice,and quickly. My ground represents our areas of difficulty.Sickness,addictions,bad habits,anger issues,marital problems,financial problems,et cetera. And my mattock represents my prayers against this issues. At first,we might not see any results whatsoever,but our persistence surely brings us results.Egypt had to suffer 9 whole deadly plagues for Pharaoh to let them go!!! The more we keep hitting the ground,the more results begin to show. And it gets better,GOD,is our Father...HE is not the unjust judge!!Believe me,HE wants to see you out of your troubles more than you want to see yourself out of them!! So,take heart brother and sister,dont give up,keep praying,keep hitting the ground...and HE will see that YOU get justice,and quickly!
