On December 1, 1984 Dr Ian Oliver and I commenced our consulting business, Oliver & Langford Organizational Consultants. That was 30 years ago, today! We were always interested in the human aspects of Organizational life, whether it was in the public, private, university, not for profit, or sporting sectors. We believed that people wanted to live a good life and contribute to society. And we wanted to facilitate this. And we have, all over Australia, in NZ, PNG, UAE, and the USA. Sadly, Ian Oliver died in 2003. This was a devastating blow for me on so many fronts. However, here I am, still working and enjoying the opportunities I get to make my own contribution. I specially want to thank my sons, Chris Chicoteau and Dom Swang for the loving support I have always received from them, together with the amazing women in their lives: Charisma Chicoteau and Stacka Swang. David Keating has also been a very loyal supporter over the last few years.
