On February 21st 1920 a marvelous woman by the name of Girvin Wainwright was born.. And today at the age of 94, She has went home to be with the Lord.. She taught me so much and no matter how crazy of an idea I came up with over the years she always supported it. To most everyone she was a sweet caring lady who always had a smile, a kind word, and more breakfast prepared than anyone, or any army for that matter could possibly eat.. But to a select few of us she was all of that and more. She was a mother, grandmother,and friend to anyone who walked through her door. She was also one of the most influential people that has ever been in my life and will be greatly missed by everyone who was lucky enough to know her. Services will be at McCabe funeral home, Tuesday august 19th. Viewing is from 4 until 6, and funeral services will follow.
