On February 5th JFA Purple Orange will be conducting a free workshop Called Risks and Safeguarding for a Good Life in Mt Gambier at the public library. The workshop aims to provide information to people living with disability and parents of children living with disability about how to make the most of the individualised funding scheme and a National Disability Insurance Scheme. We have conducted two previous workshop in Mt Gambier with a very positive response. I acknowledge it is a short timeframe but registrations are low and if they do not increase we will not be able to come down in Mt Gambier to deliver this information. As you know JFA Purple Orange is very committed to ensuring that the information reaches rural communities. While this workshop is the third in the series participants will be able to attend the previous two later in the year if they wish.
