On Friday City of Grande Prairie crews will be plowing residential roads in Westgate, Royal Oaks, Northridge, Crystal Ridge, Scenic Ridge, Lakeland, Crystal Lake Estates and Copperwood. Residents are reminded to move their vehicles off the road so crews can clear the snow. “Priority 1 Main Arterials (100 St, 68 Ave, Resources Roads Hwy 40-Wapiti Road) and Priority 2 Bus Routes will get continuous plowing,” says Robert Carroll Transportation Services Manager. “Parking Bans are in effect from 7:00am to 9:00pm Monday to Friday on permanent snow routes. Vehicles must be kept off these routes.”
