On Friday, July 26, 2014, my Mom, Florence Hall had a stroke! She was in Kootenai County Hospital and is now at Rehabilitation Hospital of The Northwest. She has Asphasia! She has the use of both her feet and hands, can walk. Doesnt want to eat and seems to be depressed. She is 87 and says she was doing so well and she was. She got up on Friday got her newspaper, we see she had her cafe Vienna (I think thats what it is) and a piece of toast. She said she put her dishes away and awhile after that she said she knew she had to lay down. I know it could be worst, but for her it is so hard. We love our Mom so much, she needs to be cooperative with the therapy work. She is at a great rehab facility, someone in the family has spent every night with her and someone tries to be with her most of the day.
