On Friday, October 24, 2014 at 2208 hours, police responded to a 911 call of multiple persons shot in the rear of 145 Vermont street, within the confines of the 75th Precinct. Upon arrival, officers observed two males with numerous gunshot wounds to their torsos; Victim #1, a 40 year-old male, and victim #2, a 39 year-old male, were transported by EMS to Brookdale Hospital where they were later pronounced DOA. There are no arrest(s) at this time. The investigation is ongoing. The identification of the deceased males are pending family notification.
