On Friday Sensitise Uganda joined the World to celebrate the 69th birth of UN and at the same time launching the first UN Youth innovators hangout. the Celebrations were held at Sheraton Hotel gardens in Kampala city where 3 best innovators were awarded with cheques of 2m, 3m and 5m and others given certificates.....UN confirmed its commitment to supporting the youth start, innovate, grow and prosper among others. the first two photos from the left is the Executive Director of SENSITISE UGANDA, Mr. Chrispin Mutehimbwa Kakuba who also was at the celebrations and other photos are the youth who were exhibiting thier innovations. while talking to the youth and the celebrations he encouraged them to start small and grow. the day was blessed with alot of diplomats from all over east africa and the Uganda Government was represented by Hon. Kamada Batarigaya Minister for Primary Education....among others. As youth we must work so hard to climb the ladders, we must not be left behind.
