On Jan. 24, the Springfield Armor, presented by MGM Springfield, will host its annual ‘Paint it Pink Night’ against the Fort Wayne Mad Ants at 7 p.m. at the MassMutual Center. The night will feature an on-court recognition of breast cancer survivors at the first timeout of the second quarter, a silent auction featuring donations from local businesses, one-of-a-kind memorabilia from both the Brooklyn Nets and Springfield Armor including Kevin Garnett, Willie Reed and Dennis Horner as well as a 50/50 raffle and lapel pins for sale with the proceeds benefiting Rays of Hope, a branch of Baystate Health Center. The auction and raffle will run from the time the doors open until the end of the third quarter. The MassMutual Center will be turned pink in conjunction with the event as all fans and media members are encouraged to wear pink in support of the fight against breast cancer.
