On January 31st, Alexander Holburn’s Aviation Practice Group, in conjunction with our colleagues at Paterson MacDougall LLP in Toronto, will host the 15th Annual Aviation Conference at the Sheraton Toronto Airport Hotel and Conference Centre. The conference will feature a panel of prestigious speakers from the USA and Canada discussing legal, governmental, commercial, regulatory and insurance-related developments in the aviation industry. Darryl Pankratz, Michael Dery, and Kathryn McGoldrick will each present at the event, respectively on ‘Liability and Insurance Update – Canada’, ‘Protection of Safety Information from Disclosure’ and ‘Case Law Highlight – Is there Freedom of Speech at an Airport?’ Darryl and Michael will also moderate information sessions at the conference.
