On January 5, 2015, fifteen students from grades 3, 4 and 5, participated in Nicolaus Copernicus Schools Annual Spelling Bee. After forty-six rounds and two hundred-six words, Aditya Patel, 3rd grader, is P.S. 25’s Spelling Bee Champion. Aditya will represent the school at the Jersey Journals Annual Hudson County Spelling Bee, which will be held in New Jersey City University. The second place winner was Shreedhi Patel, 5th grader.
