On July 25th, Brandon Wilson, a technician at Goodman Chevrolet-Cadillac-Nissan, visited The Boys and Girls Club of Glasgow/Barren County. He showed students how to check general maintenance on a car, such as oil level, tire tread, tire pressure, and fluid levels. He explained how vehicles are becoming very computer based, as well as how technicians can test diagnostics and perform vehicle programing through a computer. Brandon also discussed the opportunity to have a career as a technician. He explained there is a shortage of technicians across the United States, making it an even more appealing career to pursue. We had a great day at The Boys and Girls Club and look forward to our next visit!
