On July 30, 2014, the QCLIC Puppeteers (formerly QCPL Puppeteers) will conduct a Puppet Show, coupled with basic training on Storytelling (Tamang Pamamaraan sa Paglalahad ng Kwento) and Basic Manipulation of Puppets at the newly established San Clemente Reading Center, Municipality of Tarlac, in cooperation with the Municipality of San Clemente headed by Honorable Mayor Toledo. Advance group led by the City Librarian of Quezon City Library and Information Center (QCLIC) Emelita Villanueva and her staff are currently organizing the said reading center. Books are donations from the QCLIC. The said library is under the Adopt a Library Program of the QCLIC. Opening of the San Clemente Reading center will be on July 30, 2014 and will be open to the public particularly to the students. Congratulations to San Clemente, Tarlac.
