On July 9th MALI will host the moon sighting committee. Conference call will be at 8:15 p.m. sharp. The Moon sets around 8:40 p.m. We will show a simulation of the sky on webinar and we will direct you to look for the crescent in your town at the proper time and direction to look, while you are on cell phone. It will be visible in the southern states and some mid states if the atmosphere is in perfect condition, that is if there is no haze.
