On June 02, 2013, my mother, Helen Muriel Cicely Grell-Hull, passed on to the Great Beyond to be with her Maker, just five (5) days shy of her 94th birthday. I am humbled and privileged that, with some encouragement, she chose to move to St. Kitts in 1995 and spent the last eighteen (18) years of her life at my home in Bird Rock. I am eternally grateful to my dear wife, Edris, for the love and support she provided over the years particularly during Mother Cicelys last few months on the planet. Her unwavering commitment to Moms comfort and well being, during critical moments, was phenomenal! I also thank my sister, Lady Betty Hopkin, who resides in Grenada, for her encouragement and support towards Moms well being over the years. Above all, I give thanks and praise to Almighty God for Moms life. She was a woman like no other! There are not enough words, I can say, to describe just how important and what a powerful influence she was to me. Her empty chair triggers fondest memories! May you continue to Rest In Peace, Mom, as we approach the first anniversary of your death. May God continue to Bless all of us.
