On June 23rd 2009, AEG was still trying to get a life insurance on Michael specifically to cover ILLNESS of the Artist. Coverage was already secured for the other perils, including ACCIDENTAL OVERDOSE. AEGs co-CEO Gongaware said if we dont get sickness coverage, were dropping the policy to Bob Taylor, the broker who was negotiating with Lloyds. Aeg made clear that they needed Michaels examination to be done at his house with the presence of Dr, Murray and communicated Taylor that the responsible ones for MJ rehearsal and attendance schedule were Randy Phillips and Conrad Murray. Hours later, Taylor warned AEG theres no way to get a sickness coverage at those conditions: Michael needed to be examined by an English doctor in his study on July 6th, 2009. So, Karen Faye saw improvement on this day 5 years ago. All the others involved saw a miracle. It was miraculous, I was overjoyed at his energy, his state of mind, his enthusiasm, He had a metamorphosis. It was pretty extraordinary Ortega testified. But the Miracle Man was still moving around wrapped in blankets in the sunny and warm Los Angeles. He was still skeleton, he still needed layers of clothes to perform shortly on stage. None of the followers saw that miracle. They decided it was time to act without any middle-person.
