On March 26, 2 Boston Firefighters lost their lives in the line of duty, Lt. Eddy Walsh and Firefighter Mike Dork Kennedy. Mike was good friends with some of our family and we had the pleasure of meeting and spending a weekend with him this past summer. My wife, myself and him being Crossfit athletes had an immediate connection. Would any affiliates be willing to program a Hero WOD this week in his honor?
