On Monda, my 4 years old boy almost got hit by a bicycle on the walk path when we exit from the childcare ctr. The rider stopped and scolded the little boy and me. Although I am sick, I argued with the rider and lodged a complaint to the Town Council. I wanted them to look at some safety measures for the area, instead the officer told me about by-law did not restrict bicycle on the walk path. I told the officer that by-law did not tell me to look left and right when I exit from any door.
