On Monday 24th June, 2013, I was amongst the thousands who attended the funeral of 18 year old Reema Ramzan at Bodmin Street Mosque and her Burial at Tinsley Park Cemetery. Reema was found horrifically and fatally stabbed to death at a house on Herries Road on 4th June, 2013, the wounds were so severe that her head was severed in the aftermath. A Facebook page in tribute to Reema has been set up: “Rest in peace Reema Ramzan”. Aras Hussein, of Herries Road, appeared at Sheffield Crown Court charged with her murder.
