On Monday 28th of October, in association with Doha Mums, we hosted a film-showing and discussion evening. The film Where do the Children Play? discusses the diminishing role of outdoor and imaginative play in todays society, and the impact it has on our children. The parents who attended left with much to ponder after a lively discussion about how to adapt the ideas in the film to life in Qatar. It was a night of learning, sharing and supporting each other in our roles as parents.
