On Monday, September 15 2014 we were told that we may loose our baby girl. I was debating whether to share these photos or not, but I want everyone to be apart of sweet Avas life. I have not shared the details with anyone besides close family and friends, but to sum it up, I was rushed to the hospital leaking amniotic fluid. When we got to the hospital, our awesome doctor, Dr. Estes, explained how serious this was and as he quoted prepared us for the worst. Levels continued to stay low and I was placed on contraction monitors due to having contractions. Sweet Ava never gave up through any of this and kept a strong heart beat. As I am placed on bed rest, I pray this scary situation never happens to anyone else. Being told at 17 weeks that you needed to prepare for the worst and that it was just a waiting game every twenty four hours hurt more than anyone will ever know. I want to thank everyone for the thoughts and prayers from all of the country for Hunter Barnett, our daughter and myself. As of yesterday, our sweet girl is still doing AWESOME, my PH level is back to normal and no amniotic fluid is found. My GOD is awesome and you guys are awesome for the prayers. I want to say please continue to pray for us as we prepare for February for our sunshines grand debut!
