On Monday morning I got up to the smell of burning. I opened my eyes to see my Samsung S4 burning while charging. I pulled it out and noticed the charger was melting inside . Been a Samsung phone I took it to the Samsung phone shop in Oxford Street and spoke to the Greek squad there .He was not concern about the fact that it could possibly burn my house down if it was charging in another room, I told him he should contact head office and let them know the seriousness of the incident, he was not concern ,he wanted to fix it and send it back to me, I also told him I was at a funeral and the phone was in my bag and I could feel the outside of my bag was getting hot and to my surprise it was my phone ,I had to pull it apart and leave it to cool down, I told him I dont want that phone anyway near me I need a new phone and definitely not a Samsung S4. . He then ask if I have insurance, I said yes, he said I should put it in water or report it stolen or brake it and then claim on the insurance it easier. .I was so pissed off I have to switch on the yardie side and split a few give him..I have now contacted the Samsung head office and they are dealing with the matter very seriously. ... Are there anyone with a Samsung phone that you are finding at times its getting hot to the touch,I would like to know. ..
