On Monday my allergist was listening to my heart & picked up on whats called Bigeminy. Its been two years since Id seen the cardiologist for this so I went in for a re-check. Turns out poor sleeping habits can trigger the condition to worsen. Symptoms Ive disregarded as sleep deprivation & anxiety turn out to be from the PVCs. The doc doesnt seem concerned but I will undergo some tests next week to make sure theres no underlying issues or weakening of the heart. Im sure its nothing to worry about but Ill admit it has me a little freaked out! Its kind of a major organ after all...
