On Nov 6, 1993... two crazy kids in love said I DO... Fast-Forward to today and she still hasnt managed to slip out of my clutches... Im no master wordsmith but i wanted to write her a poem so here goes... When you said I DO and became my wife 20 years ago you forever changed my life From the apartment in Clarksville to our first little house In our hearts 20 years burning our flame still undoused Phillip, Devin and Jenna, three perfect kids Seems that Me without You the universe forbids The ups the downs the roller coaster ride Would all be for naught without you by my side The good times and bad, thru sickness and health 20 years have redefined the true meaning of wealth If I could travel thru time and alter my life I wouldn’t change a thing because you are my wife No room for regrets, why do such a thing My cup runneth over, I’m proud of my ring 20 years of yesterdays and all my tomorrows Nobody I’d rather share our joys and our sorrows What you’ve given me Lee Ann is more than I can measure 20 years of Love, Joy, Laughter, and Pleasure #wortheveryminute #soulmates
