On October 24, 2014 a Town of North Norwich man was arrested by the Chenango County Sheriff’s Office for harassment in the first degree and endangering the welfare of a child. Deputies arrested 40 year old Rollins K. Crane following an investigation into a domestic dispute where Crane was found to have subjected the victim to unwanted physical contact in the presents of young children. Crane was taken into custody without incident and arraigned in the Town of North Norwich Court where he was released until a later court date. Arrested: Rollins Crane, age 40. Charges: Harassment in the first degree and endangering the welfare of a child. All crimes described in the press release are allegations, suspects named are innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
