On Saturday 1st November there will be a Pumpkin Party on Duffield Close. There are lots of posters around the village advertising this event and information about the places where you can collect your entry forms. Everyone (with or without a carved pumpkin) is invited to come along and vote for a winner. It would be really, really great is someone would offer their time (for free) to be the official photographer on the night. The event is from 5.00pm until 7.00pm but your photography skills would be really appreciated for approximately half an hour (6.30pm till 7.00pm) to capture photos of the winning carved pumpkin and the presentation of the prizes.
