On Saturday Im going to be doing good solid threshold style session with Nerissa. I am opening this up to any other member of the group who would like to come along. There is no charge but it gives a chance to see some of the stuff that is involved in an individual program. Message me if you would like to attend and I will work out your paces and give you some details. The Saturday runs are hard but really satisfying and do great stuff for your confidence for half and full mara.
