On Saturday, May 10, Ranney’s Lower School Science Olympiad Team competed at Moorestown Friends School. The competition’s participation doubled since last year with a total of 17 schools competing. Ranney School medaled in four categories, including: Can Race Competition (motion, physics): 2nd place- John and Brooke (5th grade) Mystery Powders (Chemistry): 6th place- John and Peter (5th grade) Mystery Architecture (engineering)- 5th place- Tucker (4th grade) and Fatima (5th grade) Water Rockets (Physics)- 5th place- Emily, Anabelle and Isabele (5th grade) Congratulations to the entire Lower School Science Olympiad Team and their advisors Judy Salisbury and Jen Spiro!
