On Saturday evening a Canadian flag was stolen from a house on West 4th Street, near Mohawk’s Fennell Campus. The flag belonged to the mother of a Canadian soldier who died while serving in Afghanistan in 2008. She flew this flag in front of her home as a way of honouring the memory of her son. The owner would like the flag back. If you know the person(s) responsible please encourage them to do the right thing and return the flag. The owner has said that she will not press charges.
