On Saturday night, at 8:48pm, I lost someone very close to me. This man has battled the battle of all battles. Hed help whoever he could help, and would try and fix whatever he could fix. Hes lived a long filled life and he seemed to make the best out of any hand he was dealt. Unfortunately, after battling a long struggle after a small back surgery in 2005 that went wrong, and then finding out 9 years later he had a form of Leukemia, this past Saturday his body had enough and couldnt keep up with his strong will to live. He now is up stairs with his other brothers and friends where he can live pain free and out of his vessel that restricted him from doing so many day to day things he used loved to do. I could only imagine he is in a much happier place where he can look down at us and watch over us at all times now. This man in the pictures is my grandfather Raymond Anderson in 1984. He will always be in my heart, and always on my mind. I grew up with his man on a almost everyday of my life until I graduated high school. He has taught me almost everything I know. This man was basicly my idol growing up, and I cannot imagine what the future will be without him. I will try my best to follow his footsteps and make him proud. I love and miss you Grandpa! Raymond Anderson 1938-2015 R.I.P.
