On Saturday night, my family and I attended the ‘Light up the Night’ celebrations in Katanning which amalgamated with the Leukaemia Foundation’s Light the Night walk. It was wonderful to see the WA Police Pipe Band in Katanning, leading the parade down Clive St and leading the entertainment during the evening in which the Katanning Town Square was opened. It was a very special night for Katanning as they celebrated the completion of the Clive St upgrade. The lights and Christmas decorations looked beautiful. On Sunday I did a quick trip to Esperance for the official opening of the Esperance waterfront.
