On September 20th the UN women launched its HeForShe campaign, which is a solidarity movement for gender equality. The purpose of the campaign is to encourage men and boys to help make an end to inequalities experienced by women all over the world. Partnership for Change founder and HeForShe Advisory Board Member, Ingrid Stange, was present at the United Nations in New York, to support the campaign. UN Women Executive Director, Phumzile Mlambo-Ngcuka and UN Secretary General Ban Ki Moon were also present to witness this historic event. In addition, Young British actor and UN Goodwill Ambassador, Emma Watson, was there to holding a truly inspiring speech, where she encourages all men and boys to take part in the fight to reduce gender inequality.
