On September 5, 2013 @ 1:30pm the Cherry Hill Police arrested a husband and wife for possession of Heroin, possession of CDS paraphernalia and Endangering the Welfare of a Child. Police were patrolling in the vicinity of the Hillside Motel on route 38, when they observed a vehicle with an expired registration. After the car stop for this violation police discovered the female was in possession of ten (10) bags of Heroin. A straw, used to “snort” Heroin, was also confiscated from inside the vehicle. In addition, the couple had their infant son with them, which prompted police to contact the New Jersey Division of Child Protection & Permanency. This agency reported an open case involving the Reilley family. Representatives from DCPP arrived at the Cherry Police Department and took custody of the child based on the arrest of the parents for possession of Heroin & Endangering the Welfare of a Child. Suspects: John T. Reilley,Jr. age-40 & Jacqulin J. Reilley age-35 both of the Unit block of Hanover Drive Cookstown, New Jersey. Both suspects were charged with possession of Heroin, possession of CDS paraphernalia & endangering the welfare of a child. They were released on complaint summonses pending a Camden County Superior Court date of September 12, 2013.
