On Sunday, a mere week after the passing of my grandma, my family lost yet another treasured member, my Aunt Sandi. After a short but difficult fight with lung cancer, Aunt Sandi passed at 12:35 surrounded by family and friends. She leaves behind a daughter, a nephew and a beloved sister as well as many friends and family. She will be forever remembered for her love of animals, talents in the garden and kitchen and for the wonderful, loving and caring woman she was during the time God allowed us to share with her. No one can fill the shoes or the hole in our hearts her passing leaves behind. It was our pleasure to know you and we are better people for it. You will be missed by many but more importantly by your favorite (and only) nephew. God bless you on your new journey beyond our reach and understanding and I will see you again.
