On Tagging (Part 2) Through my dealing with FBs Police, I have discovered the names of most of those who untagged themselves and the one or two who posted an inappropriate content complaint. After careful review, I recognized that this was simply an error generated by people who did not know how to manage their timelines and how to control notifications. The FB Police could not sanction me because the content was of an inspirational nature and was not deemed offensive. So once again I dodged a bullet. After I answered their questions I was given a complete release. This is temporary as FB will be more inclined to knock me out if any complaints real or falsified are levied against me. You have no rights and you are subjected to an entity who cares little about you. We, the near 1.5 million members of Facebook are not considered their customers are the advertising companies, marketers and so forth who pay for their content to be seen and distributed on Facebook. I have decided not to unfriend the folks who did this as various of them are actually people very close to me. I know for sure they did not intend this to happen. As I said yesterday. I will tag only if you opt in and say you do not mind being tagged. Otherwise, I will refrain from doing so. I get tagged about 30 times each day and I get about an equivalent amount of postings to my timeline. Unlike some who fear keeping an open Timeline, I believe that it is a good policy something anyone who espouses the use of social media ought to be aware of. What message are we sending when we habitually post content on other peoples timelines but refuse them access to ours. Feel free to tag your self and your friends and loved ones, I will approve them when I am on Facebook. Thanks for all the lovely comments and awesome responses I received yesterday.
