On Thurs -Friday 25th-26th September The VAUK is running a Caseworkers course for the Senior Region Co ordinators (SRCs) and Assistant Regional Co ordinators (ARCs), we still need to recruit more SRCs and ARCs and ordinary General volunteer helpers. General Volunteer Helpers are required throughout the UK, SRCs are badly needed in the South West Region, Devon, Cornwall, Gloucestershire and throughout the South coastal counties, Hampshire, Kent, Dorset areas. These posts are all voluntary at this stage until we can obtain funding. SRCs who show they are pro-active and have some business acumen may become Area Managers and will be the first people funded for salaries of approximately £20k but again subject to funding. We also need volunteers in our head office in Burnley as Caseworkers and an Officer Manageress / Manager by someone who has plenty of time to give us, this course at the end of the month is invaluable in carrying out the roles of SRC and Caseworker but please no more timewasters, we dont deserve it.
