On Thursday August 01, 2013 at approx. 2:30 pm, members of the Chenango County Sheriff’s Office investigated a reported shooting at 309 Co. Rt. 7 in the Town of McDonough NY. Deputies were assisted by the New York State Police & Greene Police Department. Detectives arrested Connie B. Hendrickson age 47 of Greene NY for: 2-counts of Attempted Assault 1st Degree (Felony) 2-counts of Reckless Endangerment 1st Degree (Felony) 2-counts of Menacing 1st Degree (Misdemeanor) Hendrickson was staying in the Town of McDonough, when she was involved in a dispute with her ex-boyfriend and another female. Hendrickson is accused of firing approx. 6 shots from a rifle at her ex-boyfriend, a female victim and the female victim’s vehicle. Three rounds struck the passenger side of the female victim’s vehicle. Luckily no one was injured. Hendrickson was arraigned in the Town of McDonough Court and held at the Chenango County Correctional Facility on $20,000.00 dollars cash bail. Deputies also arrested the following subjects at the scene: Glenn E. O’Connor age 45 of Stein Rd, Greene NY for Criminal Possession of a Weapon 4th Degree (Misdemeanor). O’Connor a convicted Felon is accused of unlawfully possessing a rifle. O’Connor was arraigned in the T/of McDonough Court and held at the Chenango County Jail on $ 5000.00 dollars cash bail. Kimberly N. Haughton age 28 of Willard Street, Greene NY for Criminal Possession of Controlled Substance 7th Degree. Haughton is accused of unlawfully possessing approx. 3 grams of Methamphetamine. She was issued an Appearance Ticket for T/of McDonough Court & released. Investigation continues with additional charges pending.
