On Thursday, New Bremen FFA members hosted Ag Day for all students in K-6 grades. The purpose of Ag Day is to develop an understanding in children of the importance of agriculture and where their food comes from. Students participated in five hands-on learning stations that were taught by FFA members. The stations were farm safety, petting zoo, horse industry, popcorn history, and ice cream making. Over 400 students participated in the event.
