On Tuesday, High Commissioner Guterres undertook an epic journey by plane and then helicopter to one of the most challenging places on earth to reach, Nyal, South Sudan. Imagine his surprise when he met two South Sudanese refugees, who he met just under nine years ago during his first mission as High Commissioner to Uganda.
