On Tuesday, November 25th officers with the Plymouth Police Department executed a search warrant at 1230 West Harrison Street. Complete details have yet to be released but WTCA did learn that after a lengthy search of the residence, which was located across the street from Packers Woods, officers located a meth lab. As a result of the search warrant two arrests were made and the Indiana State Police Clandestine Team was called to dispose of the meth. WTCA will release additional information as it becomes available. Listeners and readers are reminded that charging information supported by an affidavit of probable cause is merely an allegation that a crime has been committed and that there is only probable cause to believe a crime has been committed. They are presumed innocent throughout the proceedings and are entitled to be represented by counsel and entitled to a trial by jury at which the State is obligated to provide proof beyond a reasonable doubt before a judgment of guilt may be made.
