On Tuesday, November 4th, now Sheriff-Elect Jim McDonnell took the stage at the JW Marriott in Downtown Los Angeles, where hundreds of supporters gathered to celebrate what would turnout to be a landslide victory. Standing beside his wife Kathy, daughters Kelly and Megan, and elected, business and community leaders from across Los Angeles County, Sheriff-Elect McDonnell spoke about his vision for the Sheriffs Department, highlighted some of his top priorities and shared his gratitude for the opportunity the voters have given him to lead the hard-working and committed men and women of the LASD.
