On Tuesday, October 28th the Colorado Organization for Victims Assistance (COVA) presented seven awards at the 26th Annual COVA Conference in Keystone. Colorado State Patrol Advocates, Betzy Bicknase, Kristen Foust and Mark Price were all selected as winners in the OUTSTANDING VICTIM ADVOCATE AWARD WITHIN THE PUBLIC SECTOR. The awards committee unanimously voted to select all three advocates due to their exceptional service in providing services to victims of traffic crashes who are often times overlooked and under served. It is important to note that this award is usually given to one person, but in this case the committee felt all three were equally deserving. We are proud to have them all with us!
