On Tuesday President Obama released a much anticipated, and rather damning report on climate change. Since 1895, temperatures across America have increased by 1.3 degrees, and continue to rise annually. In an effort to draw attention to the impact of energy consumption on climate change, the Post Carbon Institute, Foundation for Deep Ecology, Grace Communications, and the Wallace Action Fund have teamed up to launch the Public Energy Art Kit.
