On Tuesday, Sept 10th at 212 S. Bond St. (Black Box) the final argument before the Board of Appeals regarding the Evergreen Apartments will take place. The meeting will be held at 6:30 PM just prior to the County Council meeting. The 198 unit Evergreen apartment complex along with the connecting of North and South Tollgate Road has been approved even though a traffic analysis and a plan on how to handle the resulting four way intersection at Plumtree and Tollgate has not been submitted. The County and Mr. Bill Wheland are seeking to reverse the approval of the apartments via the Board of appeals.
